Breath and Breathing

Last week as I was scrolling through IG, I came across a new breathing method that seemed intriguing to me. Maybe you saw it...if not, I thought I'd share here and also give a little recap on the other breathing strategies that I actually use daily to help improve my overall health and anxiety.

So, yes, this will kind of be a 'beginners' guide to breathing 👍

There you go! What do you think? I, or one of "my peeps" use these skills DAILY. Simply changing the pattern of your breathing at various times throughout the day can reset your system and give you the boost or calm that you are seeking. Let me know what you think when you try them!
