I'm right there with you! Feeling exhausted and lacking energy in the Middle of the day is unacceptable with all that we have to accomplish. I'm guilty of frantically finding whatever snack or beverage I can find that will give me a quick spike in my blood sugar to get me going. Then comes the crash...usually right before kids get home from school, ugh!!
