I just read a really great book. It's all about habits. I was pretty overwhelmed by it at first..after my sister in law gave it to me it hung out on the floor by my bed for a few months before I actually picked it up. π²
But I'm really glad I finally dove into it. It's called Atomic Habits by James Clear.
He talks about tiny changes making remarkable results. I would HIGHLY recommend it!
But I thought, you're super busy with all the "things" in your life and sitting down to read a book (a non-fiction book especially) might not be top on your list.
