The Worry Monster helps teach children about Anxiety. Your brain can sometimes act like a Worry Monster and scream and yell and set off an alarm in your mind that makes you feel really anxious, when really you are safe. We can talk to Our Worry Monster and let them know we are safe and that we don't need to be anxious because we know that we are safe.

With all three there will be multiple reminders for your child. Even if the t-shirt is in the wash, your child can take their Worry Monster sticker to school on their water bottle or notebook. Worry Monster Bundle

This was such an incredibly put together bundle! I had my 8 year old pick out what bundle she wanted and when it arrived she was captivated. She loved reading all about what a worry monster is and putting into practice the mindfulness exercise examples that came in her bundle.. as well as enjoying all the fun wellness objects that were included. I loved seeing her engage excitedly with what can be a scary subject for kids.. and loved the resources for myself as a parent that were provided ,as many times we are'nt sure where to start with our kiddos in this area...this bundle provided an amazing launch pad!! Such a fantastic well thought out introduction with great talking points and practical easy ideas to start tackling mental wellness at an early age. Such a priceless resource!! We loved all of it!
